Around here film is not a job, it's a way of life. We were raised and molded by it. And now we want to share that love with you.
It started with childhood fun: stop motion movies made with the family camera, hot wheels, and streets drawn on paper. Now, it's lights, camera, action! We have always refused to limit ourselves here at PhysAwk Films. Film has always been our love, but helping local companies realize their potential is our passion.
We have been honored to shoot promotional, commercial, and narrative work for Friends of Warner Parks, the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, Visit Chattanooga, River Street Architecture, the Chattanooga Ballet, Mexiville, The Backlot at The Heritage House - Arts and Civic Center, and many more local companies and organizations. We pride ourselves on our ability to make your budget work. We lay out realistic expectations from the beginning and deliver upon those promises.
With nine short films and screenings at more than 20 film festival, we have received multiple awards recognizing our work, including the Tennessee Filmmaker Award from the 2021 Chattanooga Film Festival and the Jury Award from the 2022 Sidewalk Film Festival, we’ve amassed a decade of experience. We’re currently working on a feature film that we will announce in the near future. Film is our love, but helping local companies realize their dreams is our passion. We began with non-profit work, but we have expanded into corporate video work and weddings.
We laugh, cry and celebrate the victories in film. The best and worst lessons can be taught that way. Our goal is to give our experiences a voice through visual media, while helping you craft your own.
